For UK Shipping:

Postage is FREE.

On receipt of payment I will send out your purchase asap. This is usually within 2 or 3 days. You will get a confirmation when it is on the way.

Orders will be accepted at my sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available, and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason I am unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.

You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when I have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time, I will retain title to the goods. I will contact you if there are any problems.

Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased I will let you know by e-mail and inform you prior to processing your order.

I always try to ensure the pictures of work for sale on my website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.

Please inspect the work immediately upon receipt and notify me by phone within three working days of delivery if the work is damaged.

If your purchase needs to be sent abroad, please contact me before making the purchase, I will price the postage options and inform you of the extra charge. I will only charge at cost.

Please be aware there may be import taxes to pay at the destination country.

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return the item must be returned in the same condition that it was received and where possible in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returns.

Please contact me before you return the item.

If you have second thoughts, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt (at your own expense and the original packaging).

I will refund the purchase price provided the item is received by me in perfect condition. Please let me know if you are returning your purchase and do contact me with any queries.

I take real pride in packing work imagining it traveling to its new home. The work will be placed in tissue paper and then fitted into a display box and packed with recycled packing materials. It will then be placed in another box to help protect the work for its journey to you or the person to whom you are gifting it.

The work will be tracked and delivered to your chosen address.
